Cosy Cottage

The brief was to rethink the layout for a family with two young daughters, introducing a light, contemporary coastal feel throughout.

Delivered in two stages across four years, the renovation reconfigured every room - new kitchen, living, bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture and furnishings.

The kitchen footprint and storage spaces doubled, private spaces hidden away, a mudroom and ensuite added and accessways improved throughout. Natural oak flooring, consistent tile, tongue-and-groove cladding and a shared palette carry across both stages, so the finished home reads as a single, seamless project. Bespoke cabinetry maximises storage, adds character or reads as architecture.

The result: a cohesive, considered home designed around family life.
